Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subject to these Terms, HireIgnitor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own job search.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to employers via the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our written permission.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks behind it.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (resumes, profile data, generated cover letters, etc.). By submitting content, you grant HireIgnitor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

The Service uses large language models to tailor resumes, write cover letters, and surface insights. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before submitting it to an employer.

The Service integrates with third parties, including Google (Gmail OAuth), email providers (IMAP/SMTP), AI model providers, and job board APIs. Your use of those integrations is governed by their respective terms, and HireIgnitor is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Some features may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing, billing intervals, and refund policies will be displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or for any other reason permitted by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but Sections 5, 10–13 will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and absence of errors.

HireIgnitor does not guarantee that you will obtain interviews, offers, or employment as a result of using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireIgnitor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HireIgnitor and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your user content, or your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
